Product Research Specialist
As a Product Research Specialist at Gorilla, you’ll help behavioural scientists do better research, faster. You’ll work directly with researchers - mapping studies, running onboarding sessions, delivering training, and offering premium support via email and video.
You’ll also collaborate with our product team, feeding in frontline feedback, testing new features, and shaping the user experience. If you're passionate about behavioural science, love helping people, and are confident with digital tools, this could be the role for you.
A Bit Of What We're Looking For
- Degree in Psychology or related field
- Excellent communication and digital skills
- Experience building behavioural studies
- Experience with behavioural research methods
- Confident and approachable attitude with strong presentation skills
- A desire to become an expert with Gorilla (we can teach you everything you need to know)
