A webinar series all about behav­iour­al science online

Every month we will be invit­ing experts to discuss research on the cutting edge of online behav­iour­al science.

Drew McLaugh­lin

Basque Center on Cog­ni­tion, Brain and Language

Drew McLaugh­lin is a post­doc­tor­al researcher at the Basque Center on Cog­ni­tion, Brain and Lan­guage in Spain. Her research exam­ines the mech­a­nisms that support speech pro­cess­ing with par­tic­u­lar focus on how lis­ten­ers per­ceive and adapt to second lan­guage (‘foreign’) accents. She won a Gorilla & Pro­lif­ic Grant in Decem­ber 2023 and has been working on cre­at­ing and val­i­dat­ing a gam­i­fied working memory task called “Sand­wich Builder.”
