How UCL uses Gorilla to transform their psychology syllabus

University College London lets first year students do “real science”

The psychology department at UCL recently ranked first in the world subject rankings and number one in the world for teaching (2018 Times Higher Education Subject Rankings).

We spoke to Dan Richardson, senior psychology lecturer at UCL. He believes these results are down to a new, innovative approach to research embedded teaching – thanks to Gorilla.

“We submitted three first-year student posters to a psychology conference,” says Dan. “We were chuffed when all were peer reviewed and accepted for presentation.”
